I just had my first visit at LanCo Family Dentistry, and my experience was good from the beginning to the end. I was greeted by Melissa, the administrative professional. She was warm and kind which made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The administrative professional is usually the first person you see when arriving for an appointment. This position sets the tone and plays an essential role in helping a business thrive. Thank you for setting a beautiful tone, Melissa. MK is confident and knowledgeable. Her precise and fluid hand skills made me feel calm. She is a breath of fresh air. Dr. Register is professional and approachable. He actively listened to my concerns and questions. He educated me by sharing pictures to help me understand what was happening. I have ongoing issues with my oral health and Dr. Register gave me concrete things that I can do in order to be proactive and preventive. Today, I actually enjoyed going to the dentist, and that says it all.

The ladies in this office are all knowledgeable, courteous, caring people and professionals. Dr. Register, himself, is a terrific dentist. After going for 4 decades to the same dentist, ours retired. Glad we found LanCo Family Dental.
