So appreciate that Dr. Liam Register and Staff provide excellent dental care and are kind and helpful.

I believe I found my forever dentist..kind caring. Caters to the fearful...ive been to several practices went thru surgeries root canal s and felt every last thing....even simple fillings. Shots never worked. UNTIL DR REGISTER....NOT ONE PING PANG. pleasantly shocked..so grateful....Staff wonderful as well.

Wonderful experience! I left another local dentist looking for a more friendly, caring and relaxed environment - LanCo Family Dental is exactly what I was looking for! The office is newly renovated and is so welcoming. Ashley was my hygienist, and she was very friendly and showed genuine interest in me as patient. Dr. Register was extremely professional and friendly as well. Highly recommend to anyone in the Lancaster area!! 🙂

It is never fun to have to go to the dentist but I was made to feel comfortable and at ease. Would recommend this practice.

I had a cleaning today with alexia the dental hygienist. Once again, I have nothing to complain about. Her work is outstanding, you will not regret scheduling with alexia. She is very gentle, pays attention to all the little details, and makes sure I get the results I’m looking for. The environment is very welcoming and Doctor Register is an awesome dentist! My Lanco family dental experience is always a 10/10, thank you.
